SERVICES
Most consultants sell you time. I sell you a finished thing — a system that works, a site that's live, a dashboard that answers the question. Every engagement below has a defined scope and a date it ends.
HOW IT WORKS
No surprises, no scope that quietly expands. You know what happens next at every stage.
Thirty minutes, free. You describe what's not working. I tell you honestly whether it's something I can fix and roughly what it would take.
A written scope with deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price. If it isn't worth doing, I'll say so — I'd rather lose the work than sell you something you don't need.
I work directly with your team, not around them. Weekly written updates so you always know where things stand without chasing me.
Documentation, training, and runbooks. The goal is that your team can maintain what I built without me. Thirty days of support included.
QUESTIONS
For ERP and integration work: mid-market, roughly 50 to 500 employees — big enough to have real systems complexity, small enough that decisions don't take six months. Website and dashboard work has no floor; I've built for solo practitioners and small teams, and those projects are often the most satisfying because the whole thing ships in weeks.
On the systems side: deepest with Acumatica, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and n8n, and comfortable across NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, and most HRIS platforms. For data work: SQL, Power BI, and the modelling layer underneath both. For web: Next.js, React, and plain static builds where that's the right answer. More important than any specific tool — I've spent a decade on the integration layer between finance, sales, HR, and operations, and the patterns transfer.
Yes. The three services stand alone — plenty of clients only ever need one. That said, the reason a website engagement includes an admin dashboard and enquiry tracking is that a site which generates leads nobody follows up is worse than no site at all. The systems thinking comes along whether or not you asked for it.
No, and almost nobody does. Getting data into a state where it can be trusted is the first half of the engagement, not a prerequisite for it. If your systems disagree with each other, that's the problem I'm there to solve — not a reason to wait.
Both. I'm based in Toronto and can be on-site for discovery and handover, which is usually where being in the room matters most. The build work is remote. For clients outside the GTA, everything runs remote unless there's a reason it shouldn't.
Rarely, and only after a scoped project. I'd rather fix the thing properly and leave than bill you monthly to maintain a dependency. If your team genuinely can't maintain what was built, that's a failure of the handover and I'll fix it.
The Operations Assessment is fixed-price and the number is the same for everyone; ask on the call. Everything else is scoped after the assessment, because quoting integration work before seeing the systems is guesswork. You'll always get a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
GET STARTED
The first call is thirty minutes and costs nothing. Whether it's a system that fights your team, a site that doesn't exist yet, or a number nobody trusts — describe it and I'll tell you straight whether it's something I can help with, and if it isn't, who you should be talking to instead.
