Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — projects, customers and invoices, free for good. No card, no time limit.
What happens after the free week of Pro?
You move to Free unless you upgrade. Nothing is lost — it all comes back when you do. During the week, Ben has a fifth of his monthly tasks.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in Settings → Plan & billing. You keep the plan until the end of what you've paid for. See the terms.
Can I get my data out?
Any time: Settings → Export to Excel gives you everything you've entered, on every plan.
Does the AI see my data?
Only when you use it. Our AI provider, Anthropic, reads the request and doesn't train on it. Receipts aren't stored. Privacy policy.
